Nicole Beharie’s character in FOX’s upcoming contemporary take on the legend of Sleepy Hollow, is getting a sister. 

Lyndie Greenwood has booked what will be a recurring role on the highly-anticipated series, playing Jenny Mills, sister of the Beharie’s Abbie Mills, who’s said to be the opposite of Abbie, wearing a tough exterior as a shield.

FOX has set the new series to air on Monday nights this fall, at 9/8c.

Orlando JonesTom Mison and Katia Winter, co-star in a series that will see Ichabod Crane – a tested captain in the Revolutionary War – transported to present day Sleepy Holly, where he’s charged with the murder of a police officer and has to prove his innocence, as well as convince a wary detective believe he’s from the 18th century. 

Orlando Jones will play Lt. Frank Williams.

Alex Kurtzman (Fringe) and Bob Orci penned the pilot script as well as executive produced, with Phil IscoveHeather Kadin also exec produced, while Len Wiseman directed the pilot.

Lyndie Greenwood, who’s seemingly a relative newcomer (her IMDB page starts in 2009) has had a regular role in the last 2 seasons of the CW Network’s Nikita – her highest profile, longest-running role to date.
