The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Mary Cosby’s comments about her attraction to white men while having a Black husband are still ruffling feathers. During the season one reunion, Cosby tried to explain her way of thinking and even Andy Cohen was confused.

“My taste of black guys, that’s not my taste,” Cosby said in reference to a certain time of Black man who hangs outside of 7-11 convenience stores. When Cohen pointed out that Cosby’s husband is Black, her response caused more confusion.

“Well, he’s white…yeah, I mean lighter…He’s black but my preference is lighter guys,” she said. “I need to improve on the way I convey things…The way I say things can come across [as] offensive. I think all colors of black are beautiful and I’m proud of it and I’m proud of my culture.”

Apparently, The Real Housewives of Potomac star Gizelle Bryant is over Cosby and her controversy. Bryant gave her take during a discussion on Bravo’s Chat Room.

“I mean, first of all, Mary, Imma need for you to go to rehab,” she suggested. “And I don’t even know what the rehab is [for]. Just go. First of all, your husband’s a black man. Period. OK? Is he light-skinned? Yes. I’m a Black woman. He is a Black man. And know who you married. Let’s go there, OK?”

Bryant also believes Cosby married her stepgrandfather for money, noting Cosby probably has an affinity for Chanel bags and a lavish lifestyle.
