When The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams debuted a ring on her finger this Mother’s Day weekend, many speculated she and her daughter’s father, Dennis McKinley, may have reconciled their differences.
However, the body language in a photo along with the familiar face of her co-star, Falynn Guobadia’s, estranged husband, Simon Guobadia, sent social media into a frenzy with speculation.
On Monday, Williams confirmed that she was engaged to Simon Guobadia only after dating him for a month.

Most of the world met Simon Guobadia through his estranged wife, socialite and model, Falynn Guobadia’s role on season 13 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. The two got married on June 14, 2019. This being the second marriage for both Falynn and Simon, they have eight children altogether from both prior relationships. Simon has five children: Quentin, Nicole, Christian, Benjamin and Ximena. Falynn has three sons of her own: Troy, Dylan and Liam.

Simon and Falynn announced their split merely two weeks ago on April 22, but they actually filed for divorce back in January of this year. Falynn posted a statement to her Instagram story, noting, “After two years of marriage and 5 years of friendship, Simon and I have made the difficult decision to go our separate ways,” she said. “We are deeply thankful for the impact we have made in each other’s lives, as well as the bonds formed with each other’s children. This mutual decision was not made lightly,” she continued, “and despite our current willingness to be transparent, we only ask our friends and supporters to be respectful of our privacy as our family gets through this very difficult period.”

Simon, 56, is an incredibly successful businessman from Georgia with a whopping estimated net worth of $40 million. He graduated from the University of the District of Columbia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He is also a film producer and has produced films like Son of the South.
The Guobadias seemingly had a lavish lifestyle
