Though Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is a rapper, businessman and television producer, his antics on the internet has gained him even notoriety as a relentless troll. Not a newcomer to opposition on the internet, 50 Cent has managed to stir the pot once more and is being dragged for it.

As Complex reports, in a post that has now been deleted, 50 Cent wrote: “D**n if you didn’t see Raising Kanan check it out that fentanyl is no joke, killing the clientele.”

This was a direct plug for Power Book III: Raising Kanan, a series based on his childhood in Queens. 50 Cent misspelled the late actor’s name in the post proceeded by hashtags for his liquor. “R.I.P micheal k williams.”

He also posted a throwback to his quarrel with Williams that began with a fatal feud between mutual friends of them both. He captioned the post, “Don’t ever try to understand me. I’m different. I don’t do all the fake love s**t,” before deleting that one as well.

He also posted something about Williams’ death on his Facebook.

Users of social media caught wind of the post and began admonishing the rapper and actor.

“50 cent has literally shown us who he is for years,” tweeted one person. “I honestly don’t know why y’all still support his projects but that’s another discussion.”

Another person said, “Idc what anyone says, using someone’s tragic & untimely death to promote your own show with an insensitive ass caption is VILE. 50 Cent has always been ignorant, but this is crossing the line.”

Someone else added, “50 cent says a lot of dumb s**t but this is the dumbest. Ever. Using Michael K. Williams’ death to promote your own show is so insensitive and stupid.. this wasn’t about ‘bringing awareness’ smh.”
