British actress and stand-up comedian Tanya Fear has been found after days of being reported missing in Los Angeles.

ABC7.com reported that according to the Los Angeles Police Department, the 31-year-old actress was found safe and her family was in the process of being notified. No other details about the case have been released.

According to The Hollywood Reporter and Yahoo, Fear was initially thought to have gone missing Sept. 9, with her last location thought to be in the Hollywood Bowl area. But, the last day Fear was seen was Sept. 12, at a Trader Joe’s on Santa Monica Boulevard. The actress was in Los Angeles recently doing a series of stand-up comedy gigs in Los Angeles, including stints at the Comedy Nook and the Haha Club.

The Twitter account @FindTanyaFear was created by Fear’s family and helped friends and fans search for Fear. The account tweeted an official description of the outfit Fear was wearing when she was last seen.

Fear’s comedy career is a new chapter in Fear’s life as an actress. Before turning to comedy, Fear starred in British productions such as DCI Banks, Endeavour, Midsomer Murders, Spotless and Doctor Who. She also featured in the superhero film Kick-Ass 2. She also wrote and directed a series of short films called Shoot Your Shot.
