Aisha Hinds and Rockmond Dunbar have signed on as series regulars for the cast of Fox’s upcoming drama, 911 from Ryan Murphy.

911 “explores the high-pressure experiences of police, paramedics and firefighters who are thrust into the most frightening, shocking and heart-stopping situations. These emergency responders must try to balance saving those who are at their most vulnerable with solving the problems in their own lives.”

They joined the previously-announced cast of Angela Bassett (who also executive produces), Connie Britton and Peter Krause. Oliver Stark and Kenneth Choi were also announced as series regulars today.

Hinds has had a stellar year, coming off of a critically-acclaimed performance as Harriet Tubman in Underground. She also appeared in the Fox event series, Shots Fired. She’s also starring in USA’s anthology murder series, Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G. and will appear in the 2019 Godzilla movie with Vera Farmiga, Sally Hawkins and Millie Bobby Brown

Dunbar, most known for his starring roles on Soul Food, Prison Break and The Mentalist currently stars in the Hulu drama, The Path.
