'America's Got Talent' Semi-Finalist Mike E. Winfield Gets Offer Of A Lifetime From Judge Howie Mandel

America’s Got Talent Season 17 semi-finalist Mike E. Winfield just received the offer of a lifetime from judge Howie Mandel

During this week’s episode, Winfield wowed Mandel so much with his performance that the AGT judge extended an invitation for the comedian and current contestant to open for him at his upcoming comedy show.

However, Mandel is confident Winfield will be too busy preparing for the Season 17 finale to join him. “I’ve got a feeling you’re not going to be available,” the veteran comedian added.

“I will tell you something: if you do not get voted into the finals, on September 9, I’m playing the Westbury Theater in New York,” Mandel said. “You come and open up for me."

However, Mandel is confident Winfield will be too busy preparing for the Season 17 finale to join him. “I’ve got a feeling you’re not going to be available,” the veteran comedian added.

Mike E. Winfield was stunned by Howie Mandel's offer.

After the live show, Winfield opened up about receiving such an incredible offer from Howie Mandel.

“I didn’t hear everything, but I heard the offer,” Winfield told People. “I heard the date, and I wrote it down, and I’m going to follow up somehow.”

The comedian went on to share how he felt in that moment.

“That was the first time, I think, physically my body moved across stage,” he explained. “Because I was [like], ‘That really just happened?’ in real-time. So yes, that would be amazing!”

Howie Mandel is serious about his offer.

While also speaking with People, Howie Mandel made it clear that his offer is legit and that Winfield has an open invitation to open up the comedy show if he’s available.

“[Mike] just makes me, and an entire room, explode, and my first thought is, you deserve one of the two votes to go on,” Mandel told People. “But if America does not get it right and doesn’t vote for you, I know that next week I’m going to be on the road anyway, in New York on the 9th. He lives on the east coast. Come on over, and I’ll give you time on the stage on my show.”

America’s Got Talent airs Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8/7c on NBC.
