Monique Samuels was a force to be reckoned with during her time on The Real Housewives of Potomac, from her introduction in season 2, to most of the cast icing her out after her altercation with Candiace Dillard Bassett in season 5.

Not only did Samuels have a residence in the actual Potomac area unlike some of her castmates, she managed to give the OGs a run for their money. Fans resonated with Samuels who showcased her personal life on the show. Samuels left the show after season five, citing the way she was edited in the latter half of the season and the events of the reunion.

Andy Cohen, who was actually criticized for his line of questioning toward Samuels during said reunion, says he’d like for Samuels to come back to the show.

He said this in a new interview promoting his new Peacock show, Ex-Rated. In the same interview, he insinuated the Atlanta cast would be growing and that he loves OG Sheree Whitfield.

“I think Monique [Samuels] would be fun in Potomac,” said Cohen to Entertainment Tonight. “I mean, people talk about Dorinda [Medley] or Lisa Vanderpump, [but] I always like a curveball. [I like] the people saying, ‘What?! You’re bringing back this person?!'”

Samuels returning would definitely add a bit of fire and relieve the Grand Dame, Karen Huger, of carrying the weight of epic reads.

In the meantime, since her departure, Samuels continues to stay busy with her business and has been active on social media with her YouTube series Bindertime Stories.
