Ava DuVernay’s ARRAY is hosting an election-themed movie marathon at the Amanda Cinema at the ARRAY Creative Campus. It will be held on March 3, which is Super Tuesday, to amplify the Presidential Primary election and to highlight the importance of citizens using their voting power during this important election year.”

Tickets to all screenings are free and open to the public. Voter registration forms will also be available for anyone who needs to register.

The movie marathon features five global-oriented films directed by people of color which examine democracy and politics from a diverse perspective.

The films are:

12:00PM | INTEGRATION REPORT 1 (1960) with I AM SOMEBODY (1970) by Madeline Anderson

2:00PM | CHILDREN OF MEN (2006) directed by Alfonso Cuarón

5:00PM | THE BATTLE OF ALGIERS (1967) directed by Gillo Pontecorvo

7:30PM | THE PERFECT CANDIDATE (2019) by Haifaa Al-Mansour
