The live-action remake of the Disney animated classic The Lion King is slated to premiere in theaters this July, but fans of the revered Disney classic are sure to with this latest piece of news.

During his appearance on What Watch Happens Live With Andy Cohen, comedian Billy Eichner, who is slated to play Timon, revealed that “Can You Feel The Love Tonight”, the Oscar-winning song written by Elton John and Tim Rice, will be sung by none other than Beyoncé and Donald Glover.

Billy Eichner also revealed that he would be signing with Beyoncé in the film. “I play Timon, and Timon and Pumba start singing ‘Can You Feel The Love Tonight,’ and then it segues into Beyoncé and Donald Glover singing it,” Eichner said.

It sounds like Favreau is sticking close to the original version of The Lion King. In the 1994 film, “Can You Feel The Love Tonight” starts off a comedic duet by Timon and Pumba before Simon and Nala takeover and turn the song into a romantic duet. In the original film, the famed duet was sung by Kristle Edwards, Joseph Williams, Sally Dworsky, Nathan Lane, and Ernie Sabella. Elton John also sang on the radio version of the song, which became a pop hit in 1994.

Beyoncé is set to play Nala in the Jon Favreau’s CGI adaptation of the highly anticipated film, while Donald Glover is set to star as the voice of Simba. The Lion King is set to hit theaters on July 19, 2019.
