Us star Evan Alex is taking after Jordan Peele and wants to write his own horror film.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Alex told the outlet at the UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital’s 20th annual Party on the Pier last Sunday that he is “working on my own project.”

“I’m writing a script. …I’ve talked to Jordan about it,” he said. “I’ve talked to him about the horror and about how I want this to be a little like Game of Thrones.”

As far as children making money moves goes, Alex isn’t in bad company. Marsai Martin, the industry’s youngest executive producer, is the brain behind Little, starring herself, Regina Hall and Issa Rae. If Alex finishes his script and takes it to the development stage, he could be on the road to becoming Hollywood’s next child producer.
