Alicia Vikander in Tomb Raider is no problem whatsoever at the box office this weekend for Black Panther.

Right now, projections have it at about $27 million for its fifth weekend and it would become the fifth-highest fifth weekend of all time.

Tomb Raider is expected to make between $21-22 million.

Black Panther would become the first film to be No. 1 for at least five weeks since Avatar led for seven weeks in 2009 and 2010.

So, could Black Panther even outpace Avatar? We’ll have to wait to see.

Elsewhere, Ava DuVernay’s A Wrinkle in Time is set for 3rd with $15 million. And Love, Simon the first major studio feature film with a gay protagonist will come with $12.5 million against its budget which was only $17 million.

Stay tuned to Shadow and Act for the full weekend results on Sunday.
