Major star power could be coming to a would-be fourth season of On My Block.

In an interview with Young Hollywood, when asked who they’d like to guest-star on the show, series star Brett Gray said he’d like Cardi B to join them.

“I would love to see us all like go somewhere and Cardi is like in charge or something or just boss us around,” he said, with his other co-stars agreeing. Cardi quote-tweeted the interview, saying, “I’m with that.”

The third season was just released on Netflix after the show was renewed last April. The status of the show was unknown for a while as the lead actors and Netflix remained at an impasse during contract renegotiations. The season officially began production after the leads secured major salary increases.

Co-created by Lauren Iungerich (Awkward), Eddie Gonzalez and Jeremy Haft (All Eyez on Me), the series is a coming-of-age comedy-drama about four bright and street-savvy friends navigating their way through the triumph, pain and the newness of high school set in the rough inner city. It’s set in a predominantly Hispanic and African-American part of South Central Los Angeles and follows a group of four friends as they enter high school and confront the challenges of adolescence and growing up in their neighborhood.

Sierra Capri, Diego Tinoco, Jason Genao, Jessica Marie Garcia and Julio Macias also star.

Netflix has not officially renewed the series for season 4.
