Hulu has dropped the trailer for Season 2 of its Stephen King horror anthology series, Castle Rock.

The series, which is picking up as an anthology format with an entirely new cast and premise–yet still set in the fictional town and universe of Castle Rock–will be a prequel to King’s film Misery. It will be toplined by Lizzy Caplan, who will portray the infamous Annie Wilkes, notably portrayed by Kathy Bates in an Academy Award-winning turn for the 1990 film.

Alongside Caplan, Elsie Fisher, Yusra Warsama, Barkhad Abdi, Paul Sparks, Matthew Alan and Tim Robbins have also been tapped.

The description for Season 2: A feud between warring clans comes to a boil when budding psychopath Annie Wilkes (Caplan), Stephen King’s nurse from hell, gets waylaid in Castle Rock.

The said warring clans are the iconic Merrill crime family from King’s multiverse and Castle Rock’s Somali community. Fisher will play Wilkes’ daughter while Sparks, Alan and Robbins are all Merrills.

Warsama will play Dr. Nadia Omar, a Harvard-trained Somali medical director of a rural hospital in Jerusalem’s Lot. Her “rational and scientific mind will be put to the test.” Abdi plays Abdi Omar, older brother of Nadia. “Abdi leads the charge to build a Somali community center that will deepen the roots of his people in Maine.”

Abdi, most known for his Oscar-nominated role in Captain Phillips, was last seen in Blade Runner 2049. He is in post-production on A Girl from Mogadishuopposite Aja Naomi King. This is the first major television role for Warsama, who appeared in NBC/Sky Living’s Dracula. She was set to star in K’naan and Kathryn Bigelow’s controversial HBO series, Mogadishu, Minnesota, which did not move forward at the network.

Andre Holland toplined the first season, which also starred Sissy Spacek, Jane Levy, Bill Skarsgard, Melanie Lynskey and Chosen Jacobs.
