Disney+ released the trailer for the original movie Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers, a reboot of the classic Disney show that kept kids’ afternoons filled with a bit of joy after a long day in school.

With three decades under its belt, Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers offers a bit of nostalgia to viewers who are now old enough to have children. The reboot will premiere May 20, exclusively on Disney+.

Here’s the description

In “Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers,” Chip and Dale are living amongst cartoons and humans in modern-day Los Angeles, but their lives are quite different now. It has been decades since their successful television series was canceled, and Chip (voice of Mulaney) has succumbed to a life of suburban domesticity as an insurance salesman Dale (voice of Sandberg), meanwhile, has had CGI surgery and works the nostalgia convention circuit, desperate to relive his glory days. When a former castmate mysteriously disappears, Chip and Dale must repair their broken friendship and take on their Rescue Rangers detective personas once again to save their friend’s life.

Other than Mulaney and Samberg, the film also stars KiKi Layne as Ellie Whitfield, the human protagonist. It also features Will Arnett, Eric Bana, Flula Borg, Dennis Haysbert, Keegan-Michael Key, Tress MacNeille, Tim Robinson, Seth Rogen, J.K. Simmon and Chris Parnell.

Directed by Akiva Schaffer and written by Dan Gregor and Doug Mand, Todd Lieberman and David Hoberman are producers while Alexander Young and Tom Peitzman are executive producers.
