Another of Chris Rock’s brothers is coming out to say they don’t accept Will Smith’s apology.

While we have already heard from Tony Rock, who has lambasted Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith in his recent comedy set, The Hollywood Reporter writes that fellow brother Kenny Rock has spoken with the Los Angeles Times about seeing his brother get slapped for saying a G.I. Jane joke about Pinkett-Smith’s shaven hair.

"It eats at me watching it over and over again because you've seen a loved one being attacked and there's nothing you can do about it," he said, adding that Chris was "no threat" to Smith. He also said that Smith "had no respect" for his brother in that moment and "belittled" him on the international stage.

Rock said that Smith’s apology wasn’t enough for him since he didn’t reference Chris in his on-stage apology, but geared it more towards the audience and Academy members.

“I might have looked at it different had he initially apologized when he got on the stage and cried and accepted the award, but he didn’t, so right there that tells me that it is something else,” he said.

Even though Smith did later apologize to the Rock family in his written apology on Instagram, Rock also doesn't believe those words either.

“…I don’t think [the apology] was genuine. I think his publicist and the people that work under him probably advised him to do that,” he said.”

Rock said he doesn’t think his brother Chris knew about Pinkett-Smith’s alopecia diagnosis–the reason many thought Chris made the joke about her hair–and wanted Smith to be escorted out of the Dolby Theatre after the slap, and feels that his Oscar for King Richard should be revoked. He also thinks Smith should be barred from attending future Oscars telecasts.

“The joke was funny,” said Rock. “It wasn’t hilarious funny, but I know that if he knew that she had alopecia…he wouldn’t have made a joke about that. But he didn’t know.”
