Netflix has set the Jermaine Fowler led-comedy Cocaine Hippos.

Written by Jordan VanDina and produced by Adam Goodman and Matt Skiena, Cocaine Hippos follows a group of friends who find a clue leading to the lost treasure of infamous drug lord Pablo Escobar. During their excursion, the friends encounter drug lords, con men and a lethal species of hippos that Escobar secretly brought into Colombia during the 1980s. The tone of the film is said to be “The Hangover meets Tropic Thunder.

Fowler is best known for his role as Franco Hicks in the CBS comedy Superior Donuts. He’s also slated to star alongside Daniel Kaluuya and Lakeith Stanfield in the biopic on the life of assassinated Black Panther activist Fred Hampton. Fowler will also star opposite Eddie Murphy in Coming To America 2.
