With all the success garnered from her role as Hilary in Peacock’s Bel-Air as well as the major strides she’s made in her burgeoning music career, Coco Jones has been on a winning streak lately. Now, it seems like her run is only getting hotter, as she’s announced that she’ll be hitting the road for her What I Didn’t Tell You Tour.
Beginning on Aug. 8 in Boston, this will be the first headlining tour of her career. Ebony Riley will be the opening act for the tour.
Since signing with High Standardz/Def Jam Recordings in 2022, Jones has had the honor of working with some of the most sublime and prolific names across the canon of R&B, including Bryan-Michael Cox, Eric Hudson and Darkchild to name a few, all of whom have contributed to nurturing her talent.
In the same year, she was able to release her debut EP, What I Didn’t Tell You. Her single, “ICU,” gained extraordinary traction on Billboard, making her the first woman in contemporary R&B to hit No. 1 on the Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart for her first entry since Normani’s “Wild Side.”
By virtue of the immense success of “ICU,” Jones won awards at both the 2023 NAACP Image Awards and the BET Awards.
Jones is set to make myriad appearances at various festivals across the country this year, including at Broccoli City, Sol Blume and Made in America.
She will also be performing alongside Jhene Aiko and Queen Naija on Aug. 5 in Ontario, California.
The What I Didn’t Tell You Tour will stop in major cities across the nation, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas and more. Tickets will be available for artist presale on June 28 at 10 a.m. local time, with Spotify/venue presale also available June 28 at 10 a.m. local time.
