“Furious 7” will probably go down in Hollywood history as a movie with some of the most ridiculous stunts we’ve seen on the big screen. Of course, “ridiculous” is a word some use in place of words like “awesome,” or “spectacular,” suggesting a good thing. For others, it’s the opposite, as in absurd, or preposterous, laughable.

Maybe the most “ridiculous” stunt in the movie was the jump of a very rare and expensive sports car from one Abu Dhabi skyscraper into another; and then, with failing brakes, it makes another jump from that skyscraper into yet another one.

It’s… just… “ridiculous”… whatever the word means to you.

With filming on the next installment in the franchise, currently titled “Fast 8” (according to IMDBPro), about half-way done, director F. Gary Gray and star Vin Diesel, in the video below (released today), share some behind-the-scenes footage that features what look like even crazier car stunts; as they both say in the video, they… “aren’t going to let up;” so expect even more “ridiculous” stunts in “Fast 8” that might make those in “Furious 7” seem like child’s play.

“Fast 8” is set for an Apr 14, 2017 release in the USA.
