Dorian Missick has joined the cast of Syfy's third season of Haven, based on Stephen King's novel titled The Colorado Kid, about a former FBI agent (Audrey Parker), who unravels the town's many secrets after she becomes a cop. Emily Rose will return as the lead of Audrey Parker.
Missick is slated to play the role of Tommy Bowen, a street smart detective from Boston who comes to the town of Haven to investigate a case about a serial killer. Season three will be the immediate aftermath of season two's finale after Audrey's brutal kidnapping.
We last told you a couple of weeks ago that Missick's Southland on TNT, starring Regina King, will be returning for a fifth season of 10 episodes starting February 2013.
Haven's third season returns on the Syfy channel Friday, September 21 at 10PM (ET/PT).
I don't watch Haven, so I don't know what to expect. Do any of you watch it? Thoughts?
By the way, if you haven't read it, check out my interview with Missick HERE from last year, where he talks in detail about working in Southland and about his other upcoming projects.
Anyhow, congrats to Dorian on the role!
