Tantrum Films has released a first official pic (above) from Amma Asante’s follow-up to “A United Kingdom,” titled “Where Hands Touch”, which stars Amandla Stenberg.

Set in Berlin in 1944, “Where Hands Touch” is a romantic drama that follows a bi-racial German teenager (played by Stenberg) who begins a friendship with a member of the Hitler youth (played by George MacKay).

Asante is directing from a script that she also wrote.

Joining Stenberg and MacKay in the cast are Abbie Cornish, Christopher Eccleston and Tom Sweet.

Currently in post-production, Asante previously called it a “passion project” that she’s wanted to make for several years.
