New images from Elizabeth Banks’ remake of Charlie’s Angels have been released, and it’s clear that the new Angels are ready for action.

The images show Banks, Ella Balinksa, Kristen Stewart, and Naomi Scott kicking butt and taking names. Banks plays a “Bosley,” now an organizational rank for those within the Townsend Agency. According to the official description, the team will take on their next case involving technology that threatens the world.

“Elizabeth Banks directs the next generation of Angels – Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska – working for the mysterious Charles Townsend. Charlie’s Angels have always provided security and investigative skills to private clients, and now the Townsend Agency has expanded internationally, with the smartest, most fearless, most highly trained women all over the globe – multiple teams of Angels guided by multiple Bosleys taking on the toughest jobs across the world. When a young systems engineer blows the whistle on a dangerous technology, these Angels are called into action, putting their lives on the line to protect us all.”

Banks not only directs and stars in the film, but she also wrote the script from a story by Evan Spiliotopoulos and David Auburn.

Balinksa, the British-bred newcomer, joined the cast as one of the Angels after reports of Lupita Nyong’o circling the role. Djimon Hounsou is also a cast member as one of the three Bosleys in the film, with Patrick Stewart on board as the third Bosley.

Noah Centineo and Luis Gerardo Méndez also star.

Charlie’s Angels will come to theaters Sept. 27, 2019.
