2 new projects announced to be in development for cable TV network TNT.
First, Forest Whitaker is producing a new drama series for TNT titled H.I.K.E, which takes place in Phoenix (the kidnapping capital of the USA), and centers on a female detective and the “Home Invasion Kidnapping Enforcement” force she leads.
And second, titled The Command which Antoine Fuqua will direct and executive produce, which centers on a team of elite agents who team up to take on the worst criminal offenders.
Neither is absolutely guaranteed to make it to the air; they are part of TNT’s ambitious plans to expand its original dramatic development slate, as Variety notes.
So we’ll take the old wait-and-see approach.
