Three more have joined ABC’s untitled Holmes sisters drama pilot from Regina King and Robin Roberts.

Frances Turner and newcomer Aurin Wise join Amirah Vann and Tisha Campbell-Martin, filling four out of the five sister roles.

Michael Beach has also joined as the husband of Amirah Vann’s character.

The drama centers on the “lives of five African-American sisters, all officers in the NYPD, as they face the challenges of their high-risk jobs while juggling the responsibilities of marriage, motherhood and family.”  It is based on the real-life story of the Holmes sisters, who Roberts covered for GMA.

Turner will be the lead sister, Lena Kendrick. The character description: “Witty and intelligent, Lena relishes being a woman and a cop. The highest ranking of the five Kendrick sisters who are all also NYPD officers, Lena is the first African American woman to be promoted to Assistant Chief in the NYPD.”

Wise has been cast as the youngest sister, Detective Serena Kendrick-Archer. The character description: “A youthful and wholesome beauty, Serena is a playful but tough NYPD detective who is happily married to her handsome architect husband.”

Turner currently recurs on Fox’s Marvel series, The Gifted. Wise, an alumna of the ABC Diversity Showcase, guest-starred last season on FX’s Atlanta and currently portrays Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds in the Chicago production of Hamilton. Beach briefly recurred on The CW’s Dynasty this season and is in post-production on Warner Bros./DC’s Aquaman and Barry Jenkins’ If Beale Street Could Talk.
