Erica Tazel and Delroy Lindo join Cush Jumbo and Christine Baranski in CBS’ spin-off of its critically-acclaimed legal drama series, “The Good Wife,” which will be available exclusively on CBS All Access, the Network’s digital subscription video on demand and live streaming service. Following “Star Trek,” it will be the second original series developed specifically for CBS All Access. So CBS is serious about its streaming platform, creating content specifically for it, putting it in direct competition with bigger players in the space.

The spin-off series, which will be titled “The Good Fight,” will pick up one year after the events from the finale episode of “The Good Wife,” as Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) joins Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) at one of Chicago’s pre-eminent law firms.

Jumbo and veteran of the series Baranski are the spin-off series leads.

Lindo plays Robert Boseman, an attorney who poaches Diane’s (Baranski) associates and clients when she gets into financial trouble, threatening her ability to stay in business, the network announced Thursday. Lindo’s character “dominates every scene, intimidates every lawyer, and is beloved by every client,” executive producers Robert and Michelle King said in a statement. “He needs to look like a Chicago lawyer, but have a Shakespearean facility with language.”

Still no word yet on what role Tazel will play at this time; the actress rounds out a cast that also includes Rose Leslie, Sarah Steele, Paul Guilfoyle, and Bernadette Peters.

“The Good Fight” will premiere on February 19. It will be available on-demand on CBS All Access beginning at 8 p.m. ET. In addition, a special broadcast preview of the premiere will air on CBS that same night at 8 p.m./7c. After premiere night, all new episodes will be available weekly on Sundays exclusively for CBS All Access subscribers.

Robert and Michelle King, creators and executive producers of “The Good Wife,” are executive producers of the spinoff with Phil Alden Robinson (“Field of Dreams”).

Ridley Scott, David Zucker, Liz Glotzer, and Brooke Kennedy are also serving as executive producers.

Today, CBS has released a first full trailer for the upcoming series which is embedded below:
