From Exhale Productions, the new digital series Giving Flowers is celebrating and highlighting some of your favorite creatives.
According to its official description, this content series creates a space to celebrate inspiring, culture-pushing creatives who are still early in their come-up. Diving into their work, the hosts and creatives reflect on the stress and demands of being an independent creative constantly on the grind. The show is hosted by influencers Brittany Hampton (winner of E! Networks House of DVF) and Kelz Washington. Together, sit down with each of the talent for a one-on-one candid conversation where they’ll discuss their accolades, creative process, and of course, how they manage their own mental health and what’s next.
The Exhale Productions’ mission statement is as follows: In a time of so much discourse, Black and POC communities are in search of spaces that encourage us to decompress, re-center and prioritize mental health. At Exhale Productions, we aim to create a safe space for the Black community and allies to relax, recharge, reconnect, and realign on our goals for justice and peace through purposeful events, a robust give-back program, and inspiring social content. So however you choose to exhale, do it with purpose.
The premiere episode of Giving Flowers featured Sierra McKie, the creator of the popular animated digital series, My Crynicles.
