Motherforker! The Good Place has been renewed for season 4 at NBC.

The series, which has a cult-like following among its fans, is also acclaimed among critics.

It stars Ted Danson, Kristen Bell, William Jackson Harper, Jameela Jamil, Manny Jacinto and D’Arcy Carden.

Created by Mike Schur, it follows Eleanor Shellstrop (Bell), an ordinary woman who enters the afterlife, and thanks to some kind of error, is sent to the Good Place instead of the Bad Place (which is definitely where she belongs). While hiding in plain sight from Good Place Architect Michael (Danson), she’s determined to shed her old way of living and earn her spot. At the end of season two, the Judge (Maya Rudolph) sent the humans back to Earth, in a new timeline where they never died. Eleanor is joined in her redemption quest by a Senegalese philosopher tortured by decision-making Chidi Anagonye (Harper), elegant Pakistani-British socialite Tahani Al-Jamil (Jamil) and dance-obsessed Floridian Jason Mendoza (Jacinto) and Michael’s aid, Janet “a human-esque repository for all of the knowledge in the universe.”

The series airs Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. on NBC.
