Kim Coles and Gary Anthony Williams are bringing their brand of comedy to ABC’s Home Economics in guest-starring roles.

Shadow and Act learned exclusively that the two comedic actors will play Tarama and Jay in the upcoming Wednesday episode “Sunday New York Times, $6.” In the episode, Tamara and Jay are revealed to be the parents of Denise (Sasheer Zamata) who have driven in an RV from Tampa to the Bay Area to see her.

Here’s more about the episode:

The success of Tom’s (Topher Grace) book sparks a change in the financial tides; and, with the extra cash in hand, Marina encourages him to spend some money on himself. Meanwhile, Denise’s parents shake things up during their visit to town. With their reveal of some surprising news, an unexpected Hayworth comes to her rescue.

The series is in its third season and stars and is executive produced by Grace, who headlines as one of three adult siblings who are living life in different economic brackets. According to the description, the series “takes a look at the heartwarming yet super uncomfortable and sometimes frustrating relationship between three adult siblings: one in the 1%, one middle-class and one barely holding on.” The series is inspired by the life of writer/executive producer Michael Colton.

Starring alongside Grace and Zamata is Caitlin McGee, Jimmy Tatro, Karla Sousa, Shiloh Bearman, Jordyn Curet, Chloe Jo Rountree and JeCobi Swain.

Home Economics airs Wednesdays at 9:30/8:30c on ABC.
