With #MeToo and #TimesUp, groups are working on much needed change in Hollywood.

But time and time again, many actors are show that they don’t really understand how it needs to work. Take for instance Henry Cavill, who had to apologize after saying, “There’s something wonderful about a man chasing a woman. There’s a traditional approach to that, which is nice. I think a woman should be wooed and chased, but maybe I’m old-fashioned for thinking that. It’s very difficult to do that if there are certain rules in place.”

But, as Elba told The Sunday Times, it is only difficult to be a man in Hollywood “if you’re a man with something to hide.”

Now, every other actor needs to take note of his words! You can read the actor’s full interview, in which he talks about the new season of Luther, over at The Sunday Times

He’s also filming The Fast and Furious spin-off, Hobbs and Shaw and the film adaptation of Cats.
