Dwayne Johnson and Issa Rae are teaming up!

The duo will team up to executive produce Tre Cnt, a show about backyard wrestling, for HBO. Johnson will executive produce the show alongside Dany Garcia and Hiram Garcia under Seven Bucks Productions. Rae produces for Issa Rae Productions.

Tre Cnt will follow dockworker Cassius Ward, a resident of Houston’s Third Ward who is also a backyard wrestler. The series would see Tre’s friends, family and neighbors as they pool their resources together to build a backyard wrestling empire from scratch. Mohamad El Masri will write and exec produce, while Judah Miller will act as showrunner.

Rae, who is currently starring on Insecure, also headlined the Stella Meghie romantic drama The Photograph. She will also star in the romantic comedy The Lovebirds, which is set to premiere on Netflix on May 22.
