ITVS Announces Inaugural FUTURESTATES Audience Award - Voting Open Now!

And now you can vote for which of those 3, or any of the other films in the series. Audience voting begins today, and will continue through May 30th.

ITVS ANNOUNCES THE INAUGURAL FUTURESTATES AUDIENCE AWARD

FUTRESTATES Audience Award

Online Audience Voting Will Determine the Winner Begining Monday May 2nd

(San Francisco, CA – May 2, 2011) The Independent Television Service (ITVS) announced today the inaugural FUTURESTATES Audience Award to be given to one FUTURESTATES short that receives the most viewer votes. Produced by ITVS, and created by established filmmakers and emerging talents, FUTURESTATES is an online collection of 10 fictional shorts exploring possible future scenarios through the lens of today’s global realities. All shorts are currently available to view (in entirety) online at www.futurestates.tv.

Audience voting will open on Monday, May 2nd and viewers will be able to vote once a day for the film of their choosing. Voting ends Monday, May 30th at midnight and the Audience Award winner will be announced on Tuesday, June 1st.
