The lawsuit the cast members of Joseline’s Cabaret promised to file against Joseline Hernandez is here. Several cast members accuse the reality star of assault. Now, the future of the show is unknown.

Cast member accuses her of assault

On March 16, cast member Amber Ali took to Instagram live to allege that Hernandez and her husband Ballistic Beats assaulted her while filming. “Yes I’m in the hospital because Joseline kicked me and Ballistic attacked me, but I only came to the hospital because my ribs are very bruised because Joseline had some big a** boots on and she kicked me. My ribs look like this…” she said while laying from her hospital bed and exposing the alleged injuries in question.

She continued: “So I have to make sure my ribs aren’t broken or bruised; other than that sh*t I’m good. Ballistic just ripped my hair off my head. He ripped my real hair out; we gon handle this in court,” she added.

On Twitter, Hernandez mocked the incident, claiming she did a mortal combat move on Ali. She also tweeted that she wasn’t afraid of a lawsuit and would move her show to a different network.

The official suit comes along

Hernandez has officially been sued for $25 million. TMZ reports that at least four cast members of Joseline’s Cabaret have alleged she assaulted them. In the lawsuit, the dancers claim they showed up in high heels for the reunion show taping, but Hernandez was waiting for them with hard-bottom boots and launched the attack.

Before the alleged attack, the women claim Hernandez yelled “Gucci gang” before going in. They believe it was a signal for the planned attack. They point out that Hernandez used the phrase again in a post with an image of the shoes she wore during the alleged attack.

She hasn’t publicly responded to the suit.
