There is not a 20 or 30-something in America who doesn’t remember the sketch comedy show All That, much less how big a channel Nickelodeon was in the ’90s. To say Nickelodeon was a powerhouse channel for anyone who grew up in the ’90s and ’00s is an understatement. The sketch comedy show was at the center of this phenomenon, spawning the careers of many of our faves such as Nick Cannon, Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell. With news that Thompson is set to executive produce the reboot of the 90s classic, Mitchell has some good news for his fans.

On a clip posted to his Instagram, Mitchell confirmed that he will appear on the reboot of All That.

In fact, Mitchell is not only appearing in the reboot: he’s producing it alongside Thompson.

We initially learned that Mitchell would at least appear in the revival per Thompson’s comments to Page Six“Whoever’s down to come do it, we would love to have them in my opinion. I know Kel [Mitchell’s] coming back, and I remember working close [sic] with Josh Server as well. I think all the old cast members should come support the new cast members. That’s just how it should go.”

Mitchell also posted a clip on Twitter discussing the news.

The duo’s comedic chemistry on All That was so stellar that they received their own spinoff show, Kenan & Kel, in 1996. The following year, both Mitchell and Thompson appeared in the ’90s classic Good Burger.
