Kevin Hart, Ice Cube Dramedy 'Ride Along' Gets Another Trailer

After 2014 ends next year, Kevin Hart just might decide to take an extended vacation, given the number of projects he’s attached to that will be released over the next 12 months, both TV and film.

Ride Along will hit theaters January 17, 2014, with Universal Pictures reportedly already considering a sequel.

Ride Along stars, in addition to Kevin Hart, Ice CubeTika SumpterJay PharoahJohn Leguizamo and Bryan Callen, in a film that will see Hart play a high school security guard who is ready to get married, but must first survive a Training Day-like ride along experience with her tough cop brother, played by Ice Cube, who doesn’t want the marriage to happen and tries to scare Hart’s character away.

Sumpter plays Hart’s fiancee; Callen is a wily, undercover cop alongside John Leguizamo; and Pharoah plays a street-smart informant.

Tim Story directs the movie, while Will Packer is producing, with Ice Cube’s Cube Vision, and Matt Alvarez’s LBI Entertainment.
