At the Disney+ presentation at D23 Expo, the trailer was released for The Lady and The Tramp live-action film remake.

The official description reads: In Disney+’s “Lady and the Tramp,” a timeless re-telling of the 1955 animated classic, a pampered house dog and a tough but lovable stray embark on an unexpected adventure and, despite their differences, grow closer and come to understand the value of home.

Tessa Thompson and Justin Theroux are voicing Lady and Tramp, respectively. Ashley Jensen, Sam Elliot and Benedict Wong will also voice dogs, while the human leads are played by Kiersey Clemons and Thomas Mann. Yvette Nicole Brown will play Aunt Sarah, one of the human characters, as well. Janelle Monáe is Peg, a stray pound dog that was voiced by Peggy Lee in the original 1955 film.

The film will be available at the time of Disney+’s launch, which will be on November 12, 2019.
