Lamar Odom On Why He Owned Up To Pooping In The Bed On 'Celebrity Big Brother' Season 3

A lot of things happen on reality television. You have epic verbal sparring, an occasional rumble or two and more. And sometimes…you don’t make it to the bathroom in time.

Celebrity Big Brother on CBS has a bit of that as well. Lamar Odom defecated in his bed and had no problem owning up to it. Odom became a surprising fan favorite throughout the season due to his shenanigans in basically not caring that all of their actions in the house were being documented on live television. In a conversation with Insider, Odom admits he has no regrets about owning up to the accident.

In a conversation with Insider, Odom admits he has no regrets about owning up to the accident.

“I mean, how could I not? It happened live on TV. I could have hid it, but I thought it was funny at the end of the day,” Odom shared.

Admitting that he learned more about his body since the show, Odom told the outlet, “I never realized that I had a problem with milk or dairy,” before adding, “  got to stay away from that stuff.”

In a post that is now deleted from the former NBA superstar’s Instagram account (who Odom told the outlet is ran by his manager), Odom explained the incident to his fans.

“I actually suffer from lactose intolerance and IBS so last night’s late-night snack on @bigbrothercbs of beef jerky sticks, candy, and warm milk was a stomach ache waiting to happen.”

Odom is a former NBA star who played for the Los Angelos Lakers, Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Clippers.

Odom has won two championships along with the NBA Sixth Man of the Year honor. Outside of the NBA, Odom is known for a relationship with ex-wife Khloe Kardashian.

Celebrity Big Brother recently wrapped its third season and Miesha Tate ended up winning the whole thing.
