Variety reports Tamara Tunie (Law & Order SVU) is set to co-star in the thriller Flight, which we announced stars Denzel Washington, Don Cheadle and Garcelle Beauvais. The Robert Zemeckis film, about a man going under scrutiny after evidence he may have been under the influence while heroically landing a damange plane successfully, will go into production later this month in Atlanta.
Tamara Tunie will play “the lead flight attendant who is interviewed during a routine investigation that leads to the unraveling of his life.”
Walter Parkes and Laurie MacDonald will serve as producers along with Zemeckis, Steve Starkey, and Jack Rapke.
