Lil Jon's HGTV Series 'Lil Jon Wants To Do What' Gets Spring Premiere At Network

Lil Jon is set to star in a new reality series on HGTV that will see the Grammy award-winning rapper and producer renovate homes for clients beyond their wildest dreams. The series premieres on May 2, at 10 p.m. on HGTV.

Here's the official description of the upcoming HGTV series:

Lil Jon, the GRAMMY Award®-winning producer, rapper, and DJ turned out-of-the-box home renovator, reveals his passion for home renovation in a new HGTV series, Lil Jon Wants To Do What?. Alongside popular designer and expert builder Anitra Mecadon, Lil Jon helps skeptical homeowners who feel trapped in a boring home find their design wild side with startlingly unconventional renovation ideas that seem impossible to execute. His undaunted team can take Lil Jon’s creative vision—to maximize features that homeowners overlook or never considered—and make it a reality.

The series kicks off with Lil John And Anita renovating a basement for a couple who want to make the space an entertainment spot for family fun. Renovation is taken to the max by Lil Jon turning the basement into an incredible spot with karaoke and a bar in a lounge setting.

Each episode after it premieres will be available to stream on discovery+ on Mondays starting May 2.
