Disney Channel sitcom Raven’s Home has just gotten a big hitter as part of its season 3 writing team. According to Deadline, longtime comedy writer and producer Eunetta T. Boone will become the new showrunner and executive producer for the Raven-Symoné-led series. Boone, formerly tapped as a consultant for the series, will share the showrunner reins with writer and producer Warren Hutcherson.

Boone has been a part of a lot of our favorite shows. She has written for The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, The Parent ‘Hood, Living Single, The Hughleys and My Wife and Kids. She also acted as co-producer for Living Single, supervising producer for The Parent ‘Hood, co-executive producer for The Hughleys and My Wife and Kids and executive producer on the Kyla Pratt-led series One on One and the show’s spinoff, Cuts.

“Eunetta has not only an intrinsic understanding of the craft of storytelling but deep experience delivering smart, funny shows that have entertained audiences for decades,” said Nancy Kanter, the general manager of Disney Junior Worldwide and executive vice president of content and creative strategy for Disney Channels Worldwide. Kanter called Boone “the ideal leader to bring on board” for the third season. “…[W]e look forward to having her partner with Raven and the talented cast and crew to elevate it even further as a series kids and families can’t wait to watch.”
