A self-described “very mini web series,” Losing Patience is a comedic look at the misadventures of adulting. Jamaican filmmaker, Teeqs drops a creative trifecta serving as writer, director and editor of the series.

Losing Patience follows Renee Patience (portrayed by singer/songwriter and first-time actress Sevana), a young Jamaican woman attempting to navigate her way through a frustrating life in Kingston, Jamaica.

Joining Sevana in the on-screen shenanigans is stage legend Carol Lawes as the unhelpful receptionist, Mrs. Ivelyn Campbell and Kimberly Patterson (King of the Dancehall) as Renee’s oblivious yet endearing best friend Desiree.

Coming from executive producer Justine Henzell, Losing Patience is a labor of love with a significant mission for true Jamaican representation: made by and starring Jamaicans while being filmed in Jamaica. Rounding out the crew is Director of Photography Gareth Cobran and producer Natalie Nash.

Starting as a television show, Losing Patience is now available online! Check out the first episode!
