While many believe the relationship between Love & Marriage: Huntsville star Martell Holt and Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield is a PR stunt, Holt’s ex-wife could care less. Melody Holt (aka Melody Shari) filed for divorce from Holt in 2020 and hasn’t looked back. While she’s not currently dating, she says she doesn’t care what her ex does, nor with whom.
Melody Shari shares how she learned about Martell’s new relationship
While appearing on Carlos King’s Reality With the King podcast, the reality star shared her thoughts on her ex’s budding romance. According to the former RHOA producer, he did not set up Holt and Whitfield, and Shari believes him. In fact, she says she doesn’t care either way.
“I don’t remember where I was. It came across my timeline. I don’t remember where I was,” she said on the moment she learned of Holt and Whitfield.
“I guess it wasn’t that important like it’s no staple in my mind. I don’t remember,” she added. “To be honest with you, I didn’t even put much thought into it. I just said, ‘Oh,’ and I kept scrolling.”
She says it’s not the first relationship Martell has had since she filed for divorce
Shari says she doesn’t pay any attention to what Holt does any longer, and she wishes him the best. She also wants fans to understand that Holt moving on is not only any of her concern, but that he’s been doing such.
“This wasn’t the first time I’ve seen him with a woman that’s not me. You know what I’m saying?” she explained.
“So it didn’t move me, it didn’t ruffle any- well first of all it wouldn’t anyway I divorced him. But, it didn’t do anything to me. It didn’t stir any emotions, it didn’t make me feel any kind of way. It was literally a scroll and I kept scrolling.”
