This Is Us star Lyric Ross is joining Disney+’s series Ironheart.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ross will play the best friend to Riri Williams, the teenager who develops her own Iron Man suit after becoming inspired by Tony Stark. Ross joins Dominique Thorne, who will play the title character, and Anthony Ramos, whose role is still under wraps. The series’ head writer is Chinaka Hodge, who has written for TNT’s Snowpiercer as well as Apple TV+’s Amazing Stories.
