Marvel’s Runaways, the teen fantasy drama that has made its name on Hulu, is coming back to the streaming service for a second season.

The show’s sophomore season will include 13 episodes that will drop Dec. 21. The series will feature the Runaways leaving their homes and parents behind as they learn to make their way through life on their own terms. According to Marvel:

“As they scavenge for food, search for shelter, and take care of one another, our kids begin to realize, for better or worse, they’re stuck with each other. And it’s up to them to take down The Pride once and for all. But someone sent a mysterious message to Jonah (Julian McMahon)…Is there a mole in the Runaways? Meanwhile The Pride is focused on finding theri children, and Jonah has his own dangerous plan in mind.”

Marvel’s Runaways stars Rhenzy Feliz, Angel Parker, Ryan Sands, Lyrica Okana, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer, Gregg Sulkin, Allegra Acosta, Kevin Weisman, Annie Wersching, Kip Pardue, Ever Carrdine, James Marsters, Brigid Brannagh, Brittany Ishibashi, James Yaegashi and Julian McMahon. Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage act as co-showrunners as well as executive producers.
