The Handmaid’s Tale star O-T Fagbenle is starring in new Channel 4 miniseries Maxxx. Fagbenle also wrote, co-directed and execuive produced the series. The series will debut in the U.S. July 28 via Hulu.
The series will focus on Maxxx (Fagbenle) a boyband star who tries to stage a comeback to regain the love of his supermodel girlfriend, played by model Jourdan Dunn. Pippa Bennett-Warner plays Tamzin, who is assigned to manage Maxxx’s new career by Don Wild (Christopher Meloni), Maxxx’s original manager. Javone Prince, Alan Asaad and Helen Monks also star.

Fagbenle also stars opposite Scarlett Johannsen in the upcoming Marvel film, Black Widow.
