'Miracles Across 125th Street' Trailer: Nick Cannon's Holiday Film With Lil Kim, Karen Clark Sheard, Teyana Taylor And More On VH1

The first trailer for Nick Cannon’s upcoming VH1 Christmas film, Miracles on 125th Street, has premiered and it promises hip-hop flavored angle to the slate holiday films for the winter season.

Written and directed by Nick Cannon, Miracles on 125th Street follows a Harlem rapper as he returns to his family’s church to confront his past on Christmas Eve after battling a drug addiction. 

The film will feature a bevy of actors and musical artists such as Lil Kim, Teyana Taylor, Chrisette Michele, Akon, Jim Jones, as well as Kierra Sheard-Kelly, Tommy Davidson, Bruce Church aka “Bruce Bruce,” Luenell Campbell aka “Luenell,” Fred Hammond, Karen Clark Sheard, Cameron J. Wright, Vena “Pretty Vee” Excell, Marsha Warfield, Ashley Adair, Bobb’e J. Thompson, Santwon McCray, Airean Josiah aka AJ Boogie, Jarun Jones aka YM, Connor Finnerty, Golden Cannon, AJ Bernard, Destiny Renee Boyd, Cosme Flores, Rahja Fuller, Todrick Hall, DC Young Fly and Rickey Smiley.

Cannon previously said:

He also produced the film alongside Michael Goldman, Benjamin Sumpter, Mike Elliott, Joe Genier, Nina L. Diaz, Donny Hugo Herran, Dara Cook, Trevor Rose and Janee Dabney.

Miracles on 125th Street premieres on December 20 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on VH1.
