Netflix Has Officially Ended Its 30-Day Free Trial Membership For Subscribers

Netflix ended its free trial membership in the U.S. Early in October, the streaming serving ended its free 30-day promo offer for new subscribers.

“We’re looking at different marketing promotions in the U.S. to attract new members and give them a great Netflix experience,” said a rep, per Reuters.

In its place of free trials, Netflix is offering the Netflix Watch Free site. The service, which launched in August, offers Netflix users a curated selection of movies and television episodes free to stream without a membership.

Among the movies and television series available to stream on Netflix’s Watch Free hub include Bird Box, as well as the pilot episodes Stranger Things, Love Is Blind, Elite and Ava DuVernay’s acclaimed miniseries When They See Us.
