British actor Nonso Anozie, who can currently be seen trying to keep from being eaten by rabid wolves in The Grey, and will soon appear in HBO's second season of Game of Thrones, will join the previously-announced Viola Davis in the sci-fi film Ender's Game, based on the popular book by Orson Scott Card.
The film, which will be directed by Gavin Hood (Tsotsi) who also wrote the screenplay adaptation, and which starts shooting next week in New Orleans, deals with a young strategist, Ender Wiggen, who is drafted by the International Fleet to save the entire human race 70 years after a devastating alien war.
Anozie will play the role of Sergeant Dap in the film, co-starring along with Davis, Harrison Ford, Ben Kingsley, Hallee Steinfeld, Abigial Breslin and Asa Butterfield as Ender.
