Ever wanted to look like you were a student at Bel-Air Academy, the prep school Will Smith attended in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air? You now have your chance thanks to Will Smith.
Smith is now selling limited-edition Fresh Prince-themed items on his online “Bel-Air Athletics” store. The clothes added are designed in the style of school athletic gear from Bel-Air Academy, such as a track jacket that has a reversible paisley lining, similar to the inside-out school blazer Smith wore on the show. There are also school shirts, hoodies, gym shorts, and even a cool basketball that mimics the same blue-and-paisley blazer design.
Smith posted the products on his new Instagram page made especially for the collection.
Thankfully, you won’t have to pay an arm and a leg for most of the pieces. Accessories, such as socks, a phone ring and baseball caps, are between $15-$30. The shirts are within the $30-$40 price range, hoodies are around $60, and the coveted track jacket costs $95. Smith also has $200 Bel-Air Academy duffle bag kits filled with Bel-Air Academy athletic wear. But there is a limited amount of only 100 made, and sizes from large to XXL have already sold out.
Speaking of things selling out, this limited collection will only be around until October 14. So if you want something you will need to act fast. But since Smith has a dedicated Instagram to his new Bel-Air line, it stands to reason that perhaps more products could come out in the future. We’ll just have to wait and see what Smith decides to drop next.
