One Village Entertainment, an entity of RLJ Entertainment has announced the DVD release of the much-talked about documentary Dark Girls, directed by Bill Duke and D. Channsin Berry.
Dark Girls will be available on DVD on September 24, 2013, at an estimated price of about $15, although no word on any extra features. This feels like the kind of film that should come with tons of extras.
It aired on OWN two months ago, after a lengthy film festival run. If you missed that broadcast, well, now you’ll have another chance.
