The series regularly airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT. “Greenleaf” stars Merle Dandridge, Keith David and Lynn Whitfield.

“Greenleaf” takes viewers into the unscrupulous world of the Greenleaf family and their sprawling Memphis megachurch, where scandalous secrets and lies are as numerous as the faithful. This season, the family tree has split at the roots as Jacob (Lamman Rucker) ventures off to begin his new career with long-time rival church Triumph Ministries, breaking faith with his father, Bishop James (Keith David), while his mother, Lady Mae (Lynn Whitfield), struggles with Jacob’s decision to abandon the family. Meanwhile, after exposing her Uncle Mac’s (GregAlan Williams) crimes but failing to bring him to justice, Grace (Merle Dandridge) finds herself intrigued with someone new, Darius Nash (Rick Fox), a local journalist who’s been closely following the ongoing threats plaguing the Greenleaf empire.

Oprah Winfrey also returns in her guest starring role as Mavis McCready, the sister of Lady Mae and a close confidante to Grace. The series also stars Deborah Joy Winans (“Whitney”), Kim Hawthorne (“Switched at Birth”), Tye White (“The People Vs. O.J. Simpson”), Desiree Ross (“Falling Skies”) and Lovie Simone.

Year to date, “Greenleaf” is one of the Top 5 original scripted series on ad-supported cable in W25-54 in Live+3. It is Wednesday night’s #2 original scripted cable series for W25-54 and one of the Top 4 original scripted cable series for African American women and total viewers. The series is averaging over 2 million total viewers in Live+3.

“Greenleaf” is produced for OWN by Lionsgate in association with Harpo Films and Pine City.
